About the Team


You will join a team of 5 professionals working on human resources projects. The team collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver projects on time and maintain high standards of work.



Key Responsibilities


  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company values
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinate training and professional development programs
  • Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations


Requirements


  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
