About the Team

Key Responsibilities


  • Create user interfaces, visual assets, and design systems for web and mobile products
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design decisions
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Design and maintain brand identity systems, marketing collateral, and digital assets
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and accessibility best practices


Requirements


  • Degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual craft
  • Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards
  • Experience with prototyping tools and design system management
  • Ability to present and defend design decisions to cross-functional teams
