As a Sales Operations Manager at Spotify, you will identify and prospect new business opportunities through research and outreach while contributing to the team's objectives and broader company goals.

About the Team


You will join a team of 17 professionals working on sales projects. The team collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver projects on time and maintain high standards of work.



Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research and outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM and forecast revenue
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation and campaign strategy


Requirements


  • Proven track record in B2B sales with measurable quota achievement
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
  • Understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar)
