About the Role


As a Data Analyst at FedEx - Remote at FedEx, you will collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to support business decision-making while contributing to the team's objectives and broader company goals.

About the Team


You will join a team of 13 professionals working on data analyst projects. The team collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver projects on time and maintain high standards of work.



Key Responsibilities


  • Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets to support business decision-making
  • Build dashboards and visualisations using BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
  • Write SQL queries to extract and transform data from multiple sources
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organisation
  • Design and run A/B tests to measure the impact of product or business changes
  • Collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality and accessibility


Requirements


  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
  • Understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing
  • Strong analytical thinking and business acumen
