As a SEO Specialist at BCG, you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels while contributing to the team's objectives and broader company goals.

About the Team

You will join a team of 21 professionals working on marketing projects. The team collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver projects on time and maintain high standards of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Analyse campaign performance data and optimise for ROI and conversion
• Manage content strategy, creation, and distribution across owned and earned media
• Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and external partners
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email)
• Experience managing campaigns with measurable targets and budgets
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
